Two daily doses of Nuvista provide 30 grams of high quality protein, earning a PDCAA (protein digestibility corrected amino acid) score available of 1.05 (105%).  Lesser quality protein lacks needed levels of the essential amino acids required to prevent muscle loss with weight loss.  As such, up to 30% more must be eaten for the same muscle synthesis benefit.  Nuvista is a supplement, so additional protein must be consumed each day.

Not all fiber is created equal… Nuvista’s blend offers many benefits: satiety trigger, bowel regularity, reduced gastric dumping, enhanced calcium absorption, improved gut flora, and reduced gut inflammation.  Two doses provide 19 grams of this efficacious fiber blend.

Superior calcium absorption

Nuvista utilizes a blend of five types of Calcium.  Two doses provides 1,500 mg. Research shows 8 – 10 grams of fiber significantly increase Calcium absorption.  Further, Nuvista minimizes the negative interaction between Calcium and Iron by using a proprietary iron encapsulation technology that decreases absorption loss from simultaneous consumption.  Our clinical study validates this with no loss in blood serum calcium levels and steady PTH levels.

Low-carbohydrate and low glycemic index
